Privacy
No legalese. Here is what we keep, why, for how long — and how to tell us to delete it.
The short version
- We keep only what you give us, to answer you or build your concept.
- We sell nothing to anyone. Ever.
- No tracking cookies, no advertising, no Google Analytics.
- Ask us to delete it and we delete it.
What we keep
When you fill in the brief (/start/)
Your business name, what it does, who it is for, what you want to achieve, what you like visually, your current website address if you have one, languages, your timeline, your notes — and your email. If you upload photos, video or customer reviews, we keep those too. We also record your IP address and the time, to protect the form from automated submissions.
When you send us a message
Your name, email and message, with the IP address and time.
When you talk to the assistant
The questions you type and the answers it gives, which page you were on, and the language. We read them to understand what people ask and to be more useful. Please don't type personal or sensitive details there — the assistant does not need them.
Your public website
If you give us the address, we visit it like any visitor and keep public material from it (text, images) to prepare your concept.
Why
To answer you, to prepare your concept, to keep the 48-hour promise, and to improve what we make. Nothing else.
Cookies
Exactly one, and it is functional: when you unlock your private concept with your code, a signed cookie remembers it is you, so we don't ask for the code on every page. No tracking cookies, no advertising, no third party following you. That is why you see no consent banner — we have nothing to ask you for.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic — when you write to the assistant, your message goes to the Claude model so the answer can be written.
- Our email provider — so our mail can be sent and received.
- Our server provider — where the site runs and the data is stored.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details — not now, not later.
For how long
- The brief and anything you uploaded: up to 24 months.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months.
- Assistant conversations: up to 12 months.
Or until you tell us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, take it with you, or have it deleted. Email us and we will do it — no reason needed and we won't ask for one. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
