Privacy

No legalese. Here is what we keep, why, for how long — and how to tell us to delete it.

The short version

What we keep

When you fill in the brief (/start/)

The problem in your own words, who has it and how often, how it is done today, your email and, if you give one, a name. If you tell us you already have a look in mind, also what you choose there: colours, motion, feel, your current website, websites or apps you admire, the sections you need, and any images you upload. We also record your IP address and the time, to protect the form from automated submissions, and the time we promised you our answer. (Earlier versions of the form asked for more — video, customer reviews, languages; whatever you sent us then, we keep the same way.)

When you send us a message

Your name, email and message, with the IP address and time.

When you talk to the assistant

The questions you type and the answers it gives, which page you were on, and the language. We read them to understand what people ask and to be more useful. Please don't type personal or sensitive details there — the assistant does not need them.

Your public website

If you give us the address, we visit it like any visitor and keep public material from it (text, images) to prepare our answer.

In your browser

Three things stay on your own device, not with us: your choice of the dark or light theme; the words you type into the home page’s field, once you press “keep going” — they stay in that tab until you send the brief or close it, and never leave your device before you send; and, once you have sent the brief, the time our answer is due (only the time), so the home page can remind you. None of these is a cookie, and none is sent to us. The checks that run on the home page measure only your own screen and send nothing.

Why

To answer you, to keep the hour we promised you our answer, to prepare whatever is needed, and to improve what we make. Nothing else.

Cookies

Exactly one, and it is functional: when you unlock your private concept with your code, a signed cookie remembers it is you, so we don't ask for the code on every page. No tracking cookies, no advertising, no third party following you. That is why you see no consent banner — we have nothing to ask you for.

Who else sees it

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details — not now, not later.

For how long

Or until you tell us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, take it with you, or have it deleted. Email us and we will do it — no reason needed and we won't ask for one. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
